Shipping

We will do our best to ship your order within 1 to 2 working days.

We ship to the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland.

The delivery time of Ninazu depends on the order and will take approximately 1 to 4 working days within the Netherlands. Ninazu always strives for a prompt delivery. The delivery term cannot be regarded as a strict deadline.

Shipping costs of €7,95 will be applied on orders in the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands the shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Please note that Ninazu won’t be responsible for any local charges, that the customer may witness when the package is held by customs. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Return policy

You can return your product(s) within 14 days after you have received your package. To be eligible for refund, your product(s) must be in original brand-new condition, with all tags and labels attached, in the same condition that you received it. Return your order in the original packaging of Ninazu.  

Please note that underwear must be worn when trying on bottoms.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Place the product(s) you would like to return in the original packaging of Ninazu. Fill in the return form and enclose it within the packaging. Close the package securely, using sufficient tape.
  2. You can return your package with a self-chosen postal company. Send your return to (the Netherlands):

*The shipping costs and risks for your return to Ninazu are for the account of the customer. Incurred shipping costs are not reimbursed.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. In that case file a claim with the carrier. We suggest when sending packages back to us, to use trackable postal service.

Refund

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and you will be credited to the original payment method, at the latest within 14 working days after we received your return package. Please note that we do not refund any custom costs.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Lingerie with clear signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
